This is a full-time, on-site Office Assistant role located in Gurugram. The Office Assistant will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, provide clerical support, and ensure the efficient operation of the office environment. Responsibilities include managing phone and email communications, maintaining office equipment, handling administrative and organizing tasks, and supporting team members in their daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Excel sheets, MIS & data trackers
• Email drafting & documentation
• Proposal / tender support
• Call handling & coordination
• Invoicing & basic GST documentation
Requirements:
✔ 2–3 years of office/admin experience
✔ Good Excel & email communication skills
✔ Organised, proactive & reliable
