Description

We are seeking an Office Assistant to support our team with administrative tasks and ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a great opportunity for freshers/entry-level candidates looking to start their career in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the office team.
Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations as needed.
Perform data entry and manage office supplies inventory.
Support the team with various projects and tasks as required.

Skills and Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
