Office Assistant

Dr. Sinha Dental Clinic is seeking a dedicated and organized Male/Female Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing appointment schedules, communicating with patients, overseeing logistics, and assisting the dentist during procedures. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic and providing exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate, confirm, and manage patient appointments to optimize the clinic's workflow.(ClickUp) Patient Communication: Initiate and respond to patient calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer service. Logistics Management: Oversee the procurement and inventory of dental supplies and equipment, ensuring all necessary materials are available for daily operations. Clinical Assistant: Support the dentist during procedures by preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and assisting as needed to ensure efficient patient care. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans and billing information, in compliance with confidentiality standards. Front Desk Operations: Greet patients, manage check-ins and check-outs, and handle administrative tasks to maintain an organized reception area. Qualifications and SkillsProven experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using office software and dental practice management systems. Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
