Job Description

We’re looking for a smart and organized Office Assistant who can handle day-to-day office operations efficiently. The role requires someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking between admin, documentation, and coordination work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents (both digital and physical)
  • Assist in preparing letters, reports, and spreadsheets as required
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence
  • Coordinate with various departments for documentation and follow-ups
  • Manage basic accounting entries, invoices, and petty cash (if needed)
  • Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and handle visitors
  • Support HR and Admin in daily office operations

Required Skills:

  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic understanding of office management and record keeping
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
