On behalf of our client, we are pleased to recruit Head of Marketing for City Oasis and Wellness, India. Who we are:
We are a well-funded startup, aiming to provide world class luxury wellness services to support successful Indians to continue to lead successful, fulfilling and balanced lives. We will be basing our Indian headquarters in South Delhi. Our three co-founders are Indian and Australian and we are currently engaging new team members to drive the initial startup and then national growth of this business. As a result, the CEO will need a high-performing Office and Executive Administration Manager to support the company’s ambitions. The Role:
We are seeking motivated and organised Business Administration professionals to support areas across the City. As a Business Administration Officer you will play a vital role in driving the success of our business through leading effective administration and organisational excellence. This position is responsible for providing high-level, effective administrative and office support to the management team and wider team. The Administration Officer is responsible for coordinating administrative processes, supporting the Executive Assistant & Office Manager, and delivering high-quality service to our team members, visitors and external stakeholders. We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced professionals with a proven track record in administration support roles.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the management and Executive team, as directed, including scheduling, calendar management, travel coordination and meeting preparation.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, including agendas, action item tracking and minutes.
  • Support the CEO and Executive with operational tasks and projects, as required.
  • Maintain effective and secure systems for filing, records management, and document control, ensuring sensitive information is securely handled.
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality in all aspects of the role, and exercise discretion when interfacing within the business, with company stakeholders, suppliers and clients.
  • Receive and receipt relevant orders and invoices.
  • Liaise with government officials and suppliers in facilitating progress in meeting our regulatory requirements and in delivering the facilities and services that will support our team.
  • Ensure the office, administrative and any related facilities are well maintained and support the company brand and performance.
  • Assist with the coordination of functions and events.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of new administrative processes and systems.

Qualifications, Skills and experience you’ll need to be successful:
  • Administration Qualifications (preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience working in a senor trusted administrative role within a similar environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with the Microsoft Office suite and Teams software.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to changing work environments and requirements.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Language: Fluency in English; plus Hindi or regional languages advantageous for local engagement.
  • A desire to be part of a small but growing organisation in the wellness sector, supporting India’s success through maximising the wellness of its people.
