Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and motivated female professional to join our team as an Administrative & Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting daily administrative operations, contributing to business development activities, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations efficiently
Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and documentation using MS Office tools
Support business development initiatives, including client coordination and follow-ups
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing operational tasks
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Maintain records, schedules, and official documentation
Travel for business purposes multiple days per month, as required
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in Administration and/or Business Development
Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
Professional attitude with attention to detail and confidentiality
Willingness and flexibility to travel multiple days per month
