Job Description

You should be a Graduate with a minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience as an Office Assistant. Your responsibilities will include: - Answering 200 to 250 calls a day. - Performing orientations and updating records of new staff. - Demonstrating strong organizational and interpersonal skills. - Providing superior customer service. - Working on your own initiative and showing high levels of motivation. - Handling multi-tasking efficiently. - Being proficient in accounting software (CATPRO, BUSY, etc.). - Having excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and good communication skills with fluent English speaking. You should possess the following qualifications: - Proficiency in accounting software (CATPRO, BUSY, etc.). - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office. - Good communication skills with fluent English speaking. The company policy requires interested candidates to send their CV with a recent passport-size photo. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted by the company. An additional performance bonus will be added to the base salary. Local candidates from AMRITSAR (Punjab) will be preferred for this full-time position.
