About the Company:
Rap Mars Renovations is a leading waterproofing contractor in Kerala and the North Kerala distributor of Damsure Waterproofing Products. We are opening a new office in Kondotty and looking to expand our team.

Job Role:
We are looking for a confident and communicative female candidate to handle office work and customer calls at our Kondotty office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend incoming calls and customer enquiries
• Make follow-up calls and manage leads
• Maintain customer records and follow-up details
• Assist with payment follow-ups and billing coordination
• Handle basic office work such as data entry and filing
• Prepare simple reports using MS Word and Excel
• Support customers with basic service-related queries

Qualification:

• Any Graduate

Salary:

• ₹8,000 during probation period
• ₹10,000 after successful completion of probation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
