• Lead Conversion:The primary duty is to convert walk-in inquiries into sales and generate business from visitors.
• Client Interaction:Greet and engage with visitors, provide detailed information about products or services, and address their queries effectively.
• Relationship Building:Nurture and maintain healthy relationships with clients through regular contact and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and future business.
• Sales Target Achievement:Work to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by managing the sales process for walk-in customers.
• Market Research:Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences and market trends, which helps in developing effective marketing strategies.
• Collaboration:Work closely with other departments, such as the marketing and sales teams, to align on campaigns, offers, and overall sales efforts.
• Administrative Tasks:Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and manage front-desk operations, including phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.

Key Skills Required

• Strong Communication:Excellent spoken communication skills in English and Hindi (or the local language) are crucial for interacting with a diverse clientele.
• Customer Service:The ability to handle customer inquiries and build strong client relationships is essential.
• Sales Acumen:Understanding how to identify customer needs and guide them through the sales process is vital.
