Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, including handling correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and recording minutes.
  • Handle procurement of office supplies and manage vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Handle visitor management and maintain front-desk operations.
  • Ensure office cleanliness and maintenance needs are addressed promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
