As an Administration Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth execution of day-to-day functions by handling administrative tasks, logistics, event planning, and more. Your role will involve managing schedules, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the availability of all necessary materials and resources. Additionally, you will be expected to handle post-event follow-up and reporting. Your key responsibilities will include managing office supplies, maintenance, and facilities coordination, handling correspondence, documentation, filing, and record-keeping, organizing internal and external meetings, schedules, and travel logistics, as well as ensuring the smooth functioning of office operations and vendor coordination. To excel in this role, you should have experience in administration, strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team. The position is based in Pune (Pisoli) and requires a candidate with 3 to 5 years of experience and a graduate degree in any field. This full-time, permanent role falls under the Administration & Facilities department. The benefits include Medical Insurance, Yearly Incentives, Annual Leaves, Gratuity, and Provident Fund. The schedule is during the day shift, and there is a yearly bonus offered.
