Manage day-to-day accounting operations in Tally/ERP. Prepare and review project-wise financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow. Handle client and subcontractor billing, RA bills, and reconciliation of accounts. Manage vendor payments, advances, and credit control. Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance. Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal teams. Support management in budgeting, project costing, and financial planning. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.
Maintain office records, files, and documentation (digital & physical). Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally. Assist in preparation of reports, policies, and company documents. Coordinate between management, site teams, accounts, and vendors. Track project-related documentation and ensure timely submissions. Support HR activities like attendance records, leave management, and basic payroll inputs. Manage office supplies and vendor coordination. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
