From wooden engravings to custom accessories, we create memorable gifts for our customers. Job Description: We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and creative Shop Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will help with daily shop operations, assist customers with product selections, and manage orders. If you have basic knowledge of designing (CorelDRAW, Photoshop, or similar), it will be a great advantage. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in selecting customized gifts. Handle inquiries, take orders, and maintain excellent customer service. Manage shop displays, cleanliness, and stock arrangement. Support with packaging and quality checks of products. Assist in managing online orders and social media updates. If skilled, contribute to designing personalized products (engraving files, print layouts, etc.). Requirements: Good communication and customer service skills. Basic computer knowledge (email, WhatsApp, billing, etc.). Interest in gifts, creativity, and design. Prior experience in retail or customer service is an added advantage. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
