The ideal candidate will help with daily shop operations, assist customers with product selections, and manage orders. If you have basic knowledge of designing (CorelDRAW, Photoshop, or similar), it will be a great advantage. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in selecting customized gifts. Handle inquiries, take orders, and maintain excellent customer service. Manage shop displays, cleanliness, and stock arrangement. Support with packaging and quality checks of products. Assist in managing online orders and social media updates. If skilled, contribute to designing personalized products (engraving files, print layouts, etc.). Requirements: Good communication and customer service skills. Basic computer knowledge (email, WhatsApp, billing, etc.). Interest in gifts, creativity, and design.
