We are seeking a skilled and proactive Office Administrator to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in office management, accounting, import documentation, and inventory control. Experience in the Medical Device Industry will be preferred. Location: Delhi Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 years in a similar role Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth operations Manage accounts and Inventory using Tally/ Busy Handle import documentation, including coordination with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs Maintain accurate inventory records and stock management Organize and maintain documentation filing for audits and compliance Prepare reports, letters, and other documents using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Ensure timely completion of office compliance-related tasks and internal coordination Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the Medical Device Industry or a similar regulated field Proficiency in Tally, Busy and Microsoft Office Strong understanding of import documentation Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
