Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate resolution of office facility issues including internet, electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, pest control, and cleanliness.
  • Supervise and assign tasks to support staff (office assistants, housekeeping personnel, etc.).
  • Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies such as stationery, pantry items, and cleaning materials.
  • Monitor employee attendance, break schedules, and visitor management protocols.
  • Plan and coordinate internal engagement activities, including team-building events, birthday celebrations, and festive programs.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment at all times.



Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach with attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in office administration or facility management will be an advantage.
