Job Description

Brut also offers advertising network solutions to enable brands to effectively reach audiences across the digital sphere. **Role Overview:** You will play a crucial role in managing the general admin tasks to ensure uninterrupted office functioning. Strengthening policies and processes related to facility management will be a key responsibility to uphold the workplace standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support and assist in fulfilling the administrative requirements of employees to maintain smooth office operations. - Manage domestic and international travel arrangements for employees, including visa processing, ticketing, travel insurance, and boarding logistics according to organizational guidelines. - Coordinate transportation and accommodation for cast, crew, and employees to ensure seamless travel experiences. - Oversee local transport arrangements for employees and guests in collaboration with the travel vendor. - Review and approve travel reimbursements for employees as per policy guidelines on a monthly basis. - Procure necessary supplies and equipment based on requirements and maintain a stock of all Brut merchandise. - Collaborate with vendors for the procurement of Brut merchandise. - Scout for suitable office locations in case of renewals or relocations. - Maintain a physical inventory of all laptops and handle the configuration of laptops for new joiners in coordination with the IT Paris Team. - Manage laptop handovers during employee exits and coordinate with the Apple service center for maintenance and servicing matters. - Procure new laptops as needed and address any other IT-related issues that may arise. **Qualifications Required:** - 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent communication and coordination abilities - Familiarity with travel management processes and facility management practices In addition to the job responsibilities, Brut prides itself on being an employee-first organization that offers a work-life balance, a hybrid work model, a liberal work from home policy, and provides tools like MacBook Pro with a keyboard and mouse.
