The Office Backend Support Executive is responsible for providing administrative, operational, and documentation support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. The role involves handling data entry, preparing reports, maintaining records, coordinating with internal departments, and assisting in overall backend operations to support business efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Handle and maintain office documentation, records, and filing systems (both digital and physical). Perform accurate data entry, database management, and record updating. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Assist in preparing quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and other office documents. Support sales/service teams in documentation, communication, and order tracking. Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams for operational follow-ups. Manage office correspondence including emails, letters, and dispatch. Ensure compliance with internal processes and maintain confidentiality of company data. Provide administrative assistance such as scheduling meetings, maintaining attendance, and handling petty cash or office supplies if required. Support management in ad-hoc office tasks and projects as assigned.
