About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft 365 Specialist to manage, optimize, and support our organization’s M365 environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in administration, configuration, security, and automation across Microsoft 365 applications and services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage the full Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive.
  • Implement and maintain security policies, compliance configurations, and user access controls.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to M365 applications and integrations.
  • Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and M365 admin tools.
  • Manage license allocations, user provisioning, and group policies.
  • Collaborate with internal IT and business teams to enhance productivity and system performance.
  • Support end-users and provide training/documentation when required.
  • Stay updated with new Microsoft 365 features and recommend improvements.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience (1+ years) managing Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Azure AD, Teams, SharePoint.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
  • Understanding of data governance, compliance, and security best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
