• Establish ODS governance framework for data quality, lineage, metadata, and access control.
• Build and manage ODS Center of Excellence (CoE) for standardization and automation.
• Collaborate with Data Architects, ETL Developers, and DBAs to ensure platform reliability and scalability.
• Monitor ODS performance, optimize ETL pipelines, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Report KPIs, risks, and roadmap progress to leadership.
• Databases: Oracle, SQL Server
• ETL Tools: Informatica, DataStage, or equivalent
• Languages: PL/SQL, SQL, Shell/Python (for automation)
• APIs: ORDS, REST
• Governance Tools: Collibra, Informatica EDC, Alation
• Methodologies: Agile, DevOps, DataOps
