Odoo Senior Functional

As a Senior Odoo Functional Consultant, your role involves leading ERP implementations, providing expert consultation, and delivering tailored solutions to clients. You should have a strong business process background and in-depth knowledge of Odoo across multiple modules. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations, upgrades, and support projects. - Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients to analyze business processes and identify functional needs. - Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solutions using Odoo's standard and custom modules. - Configure Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, Manufacturing, and Projects based on client requirements. - Work closely with development teams to customize features, workflows, and reports. - Provide user training, prepare user manuals, and support change management processes. - Test implemented features and ensure smooth deployment with minimal downtime. - Manage client communication, expectations, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. - Stay updated with the latest Odoo versions and contribute to internal knowledge sharing. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. - 5+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP as a Functional Consultant. - Strong understanding of business processes in at least 3 of the following domains: Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, and Projects. - Proven experience in full-cycle Odoo implementations. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Strong client-facing, project management, and documentation skills. - Experience in working in Agile or hybrid project environments.,
