About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP (Version 18) across various business functions.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Odoo solutions and workflows.
Customize Odoo modules to meet specific operational needs, ensuring scalability and performance.
Manage and coordinate with developers to build custom modules and integrations as required.
Oversee data migration, system configuration, testing, and user acceptance.
Develop and deliver user training, manuals, and documentation to ensure smooth adoption.
Monitor system performance, issues, and implement necessary upgrades or fixes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation.
Ensure compliance with data security and best practices within the Odoo environment.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of proven experience implementing and customizing Odoo ERP, with strong hands-on expertise in
Odoo Version 18
.
Strong functional knowledge core Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, etc.).
Ability to design and manage complex workflows and business processes within Odoo.
Excellent understanding of technical aspects to effectively coordinate with development teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.
Good communication skills to interact with stakeholders, train users, and manage vendors.
Must be available to work
onsite in Pune
and ready to join
immediately
