You will play a key role in designing high-performance moulds for extrusion blow moulding applications and contribute to our product development and tooling innovation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Independently design extrusion blow moulds with detailed accuracy using Solid Works or equivalent tools. Translate product concepts into efficient and manufacturable mould designs. Optimize cooling channels, parison programming, wall thickness, and venting to maximize output and Mold life. Collaborate with production, CNC/machining, and trial teams for end-to-end execution. Review and validate technical drawings to ensure adherence to ISBMasters quality standards. Resolve technical feedback from client trials and internal evaluations. Guide junior team members (if applicable) and implement design best practices. Maintain detailed documentation and BOMs aligned with ISO/QMS protocols. Required Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Tool Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 5–10 years of hands-on experience in extrusion blow mould design , specifically for materials such as HDPE, PP, PET-G, or multilayer formats. Expertise in CAD software (Solid Works, AutoCAD, or Equivalent) with capability in multi-cavity and complex moulds. Strong knowledge of DFM, GD&T, shrinkage factors. Understanding of machine compatibility. Preferred Skills: Experience with simulation tools like MoldFlow, BlowSim , etc. Familiarity with robotic part handling, automated trimming, or in-mould labeling. Exposure to international client standards and packaging design requirements.
