Oct'25 : Power Bi - India Supervisor, Business Intelligence

I. Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Supervisor to build and maintain BI and analytics solutions that transform data into knowledge. Day-to-day, the PBI Supervisor would be responsible for creating data models, developing dashboards, and maintaining data integrity with the help of Power BI Desktop, DAX Studio, and Power Query and enable businesses to use their data strategically to operate more efficiently and design solutions that make complex datasets easy to understand and act on. We want to the candidate should have business understanding and problem-solving skills and experience with data and business analysis with best in the analytical field and a good communicator with proven ability to optimize the queries and data set and models. A Business Intelligence Supervisor should be well-versed in the Power BI technology. A Business Intelligence Supervisor is in charge of creating and managing BI tools and has a thorough understanding of the BI system. A Business Intelligence Supervisor primary responsibility is to transform raw data into relevant insights via interactive and simple-to-understand dashboards and reports. Because of his/her strategic, executive, and management roles and duties, a Power BI Supervisor is critical to the business. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Data analysis: Use Power BI to analyze data sets to identify trends and insights
• Data visualization: Create interactive dashboards and reports to visualize data
• Data quality: Ensure data is accurate and reliable, and perform quality checks
• Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify requirements
• Technical specifications: Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Troubleshooting: Identify errors and suggest ways to improve BI systems
• Training: Train end-users and developers on how to use Power BI reports and dashboards
• Data integration: Integrate with other teams to understand data intricacies. Power BI analysts typically have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business intelligence or computer science. They also need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience with BI software programs.

III. Qualifications A. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Minimum Graduation or bachelor's degree in any stream with proven track record in PBI domain.
• 3 years Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in POWER BI domain
