Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ocean Pricing Manager located in Mumbai. The Ocean Pricing Manager will be responsible for analyzing market trends and pricing data, negotiating rates with carriers, and developing pricing strategies. The role involves preparing quotations, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring competitive and profitable pricing structures. Daily tasks include monitoring freight rates, preparing cost analyses, and supporting the sales team with pricing information.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics, freight forwarding, and ocean pricing minimum 2 years experiance
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market research and trend analysis
• Excellent negotiation skills for carrier rate agreements
• Ability to develop and implement effective pricing strategies
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Proficiency with pricing tools and software
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the logistics industry and familiarity with international shipping regulations
