- Strong freight sales experience of Ocean Freight, NVOCC, Shipping Line.
- Should have good knowledge of Local & Overseas Network and
relation with Co-Loader and Freight Forwarder, NVOCC, and Shipping Line to buy best freight. - Proven Track Record of achieving sales Number and covering
his/her own ROI with budget set by company, - Weekly Sales & Revenue reporting to Overseas Management.
- Should bring along good customer base with his / her onboard,
- Should define His / Her ROI plan during Interview Process,
Desired Candidate Profile
- 01 to 05 years Hard core sales experience in Freight Forwarding
and Shipping Industry. - He / She should have ready business in hand to assist the
company to grow further along with his/ her careerdevelopment. - He / She should be well knowledgeable in International Freight,
Transportation & Customs clearance sales with geographicalbusiness ideology. - Independently He/ She will be capable of delivering the
following: - Self business generation and end to end execution.
- Develop overseas as well as domestics vendor, Daily sales visits &
analysis. - Pricing, Negotiation skill for better pricing from Overseas agent as
well as local vendors. - Sales quotation to the client and subsequent follow up for business
convert - Problem solving skills.
Key result areas shall include the following:
- To analyze the viability of business considering budgeted
targets in mind - Enhance sales process and increase profitability with maximum
focus on compliance - Accept and implement the risk management theories
- Ensure complete coordination with operation/customer /finance
team through effective SOPs - Actively assist operations and service departments with
customer implementation, service activities, value delivery andmanagement - Ensure On time update and generation of reports and
compliance with regards to CRM - Responsible for collection and billing of the executed job
- Coordinate with account receivables for timely collections

same and other business vertical / department - Technology savvy like excel and PowerPoint presentations,
using zoom/skype meetings - Proper knowledge on costing of each service / product.
- Proven track record in commercial decision-making ability.
- Experience in managing bids and RFQs, A-accounts, Large
customers. - Ability to read and comprehend legal contracts, liabilities.
- Proven track record in business negotiations (Rates as well as
terms of sale)
