Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Occupational Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in helping children achieve their developmental milestones and improve their quality of life. Your expertise in assessing, diagnosing, and treating various pediatric conditions will contribute to the overall well-being of our young patients and their families. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's motor, sensory, cognitive, and developmental skills to determine individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to gather relevant information and develop holistic therapy goals. Plan and implement effective therapeutic interventions that address children's specific needs and challenges, promoting optimal functional independence. Utilize evidence-based techniques and creative approaches to engage children in therapy sessions, making the experience enjoyable and productive. Monitor and document progress through regular evaluations, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure continuous improvement. Provide guidance and education to parents, caregivers, and teachers on strategies and techniques to support children's therapy goals in various environments. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including assessment reports, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries. Stay informed about the latest research, trends, and advancements in pediatric occupational therapy, incorporating new knowledge into practice. Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment. Adhere to ethical standards and professional guidelines in all aspects of patient care and interactions. Qualifications: A Bachelor's or Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Freshers & Experienced both are encouraged to apply. Previous experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in clinical or educational settings. Strong understanding of child development, sensory processing, motor skills, and cognitive function. Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with children, parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care, with a genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential. Ability to adapt to the unique needs of each child and customize therapy approaches accordingly. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for accurate documentation and record keeping. Flexibility to work within diverse settings, such as clinics, schools, homes, and community centers.
