Role Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Hyderabad on a full-time, on-site basis. The Occupational Therapist will focus on evaluating students’ needs, designing individualized therapy plans, and implementing therapeutic strategies to aid in their physical, cognitive, and emotional development. The professional will work closely with educators, parents, and other specialists to provide support for children requiring tailored care and assistance in a childcare and early education setting.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational knowledge in Occupational Therapy and a background in therapeutic practices and interventions
• Understanding of Pediatrics and Rehabilitation, with the ability to support developmental milestones in children
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively build relationships with children, parents, and other professionals
• Relevant degree or certification in Occupational Therapy; additional medical qualifications are beneficial
• Empathy, patience, and adaptability in working with children who have varying needs and abilities
• Previous experience in an education or childcare environment is a plus
