Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dedicated team. As a SLP, you will play a crucial role in helping children with communication and speech disorders reach their full potential. Your expertise will contribute to improving the lives of young patients and their families by diagnosing, assessing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders. You will work in a collaborative environment alongside other healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans and provide support to children in need Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication skills of pediatric patients, ranging from infants to adolescents. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's specific needs and goals. Provide evidence-based interventions and therapy sessions to address various speech and language disorders, such as articulation, phonology, fluency, voice, and language delays. Utilize a variety of techniques and tools, including play-based activities, exercises, and technology, to engage and motivate young patients during therapy sessions. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to treatment and continuity of care. Monitor and track progress through regular assessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate parents and caregivers on strategies to enhance communication skills and facilitate progress outside of therapy sessions. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress reports, and other relevant records. Stay updated on the latest research, advancements, and best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology to provide the highest quality of care. Qualifications: Bachelor's ,Master's degree or Msc in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. RCI licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience working with pediatric populations, ideally in a clinical or educational setting. Strong understanding of speech and language development in children and familiarity with a wide range of communication disorders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team. Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping children overcome communication challenges. Ability to adapt therapy techniques to suit the individual needs and preferences of each child.
