Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role based in Perintalmanna. The Occupational Therapist will work closely with children to assess their developmental needs and design therapeutic interventions to improve their motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities. Responsibilities include creating individualized treatment plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and engaging with parents to provide guidance and resources. The role also involves tracking progress and making adjustments to therapy plans as required, all while creating a supportive and engaging environment to encourage each child's growth and independence. Qualifications Proficiency in Occupational Therapy practices, including developing treatment plans and implementing therapeutic interventions Knowledge of Pediatrics and the ability to work effectively with children with special needs Experience in Rehabilitation to support motor and developmental skills Strong Communication skills to collaborate with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team Relevant degree or certification in occupational therapy along with valid licensure or eligibility in the applicable jurisdiction Compassion, patience, and a passion for working with children and their families to foster growth and independence Prior experience in pediatric therapy or similar settings is highly desirable
