Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in Perintalmanna. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders and develop tailored therapy plans for children with special needs. Responsibilities include delivering therapeutic interventions, working collaboratively with families to track progress, documenting treatment outcomes, and providing guidance to ensure continuity of care. Collaboration with other specialists in the therapy team is a critical component of this role to deliver holistic care to every child.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and expertise in Speech Therapy techniques and approaches
• Experience working with Speech, Communication Disorders, and Language Disorders
• Ability to assess and manage Dysphagia and other related conditions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with children and families
• A relevant degree (e.g., Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology) and licensure in speech therapy
• Strong commitment to early intervention and evidence-based practices
• Previous experience in a pediatric or special needs setting is an advantage
