Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children’s physical, sensory, and developmental needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment outcomes.
• Provide evidence-based interventions to improve fine motor skills, sensory integration, attention, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and professionals from other disciplines (Speech Therapy, ABA, and Special Education) to ensure holistic development.
• Monitor, document, and report progress regularly.
• Educate parents on home-based activities and carryover strategies.
• Participate in case discussions, workshops, and team meetings.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT).
• Registration with the Delhi Council for Occupational Therapy (preferred)
• Experience in pediatric or developmental settings is desirable.
• Excellent communication, observation, and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children.
