Our mission is clear: No Child Is Left Behind. Role Overview We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about translating clinical science into real-world impact . This role sits at the intersection of clinical practice, sales enablement, and product innovation . You will train therapy centres , support our Business Development team , refine Neurolens by Gabify , and collaborate closely with our tech and AI teams to shape future products. This is not a traditional clinic-only role— It’s a chance to influence how thousands of children are screened and supported . Key Responsibilities Clinical & Product Excellence Provide clinical expertise to refine Neurolens screening logic, outputs, and reports Validate assessment frameworks aligned with DSM-5, CARS, and global best practices Collaborate with AI and product teams to co-create upcoming neurodevelopmental tools Training & Enablement Train therapy centres, clinicians, and institutions to use Neurolens effectively Create clinical training modules, SOPs, and usage guidelines Act as a clinical voice in demos, onboarding, and pilot programs Sales & Growth Support Partner with the Sales/BD team during key conversations to build trust and credibility Address clinical questions, objections, and ethical considerations Support partnerships with hospitals, schools, NGOs, and government bodies What We’re Looking For M.A./M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology (RCI-registered or pursuing is a plus) or Bachelors with RCI Certification. 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with strong clinical grounding encouraged) Interest in Autism, ADHD, child development, and early intervention Comfortable explaining clinical concepts to non-clinical teams Curious about AI, technology, and product innovation Strong communication and training skills Why Join Gabify?
