ABA Therapist

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions based on individualized treatment plans.
• Implement behavior intervention plans to improve communication, social, and adaptive skills.
• Collect and record data accurately on each child’s progress.
• Work collaboratively with occupational therapists, speech therapists, and special educators.
• Provide feedback and progress updates to parents and the therapy team.
• Assist in designing learning materials and activities to enhance therapy outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or a related field (required).
• Certification or training in Applied Behavior Analysis (preferred).
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays (1+ year preferred).
• Strong observation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic about helping children achieve developmental milestones.
