CureAble is a healthcare organization dedicated to supporting children with Autism, Developmental Delays, ADHD, and other special needs. We provide home-based and center-based therapy services across Delhi-NCR with a compassionate, professional approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify developmental, sensory, and motor needs of children.
• Plan and deliver individualized therapy sessions focusing on fine motor skills, gross motor skills, sensory integration, and ADLs (Activities of Daily Living).
• Work collaboratively with Speech Therapists, Special Educators, and Psychologists for a holistic therapy approach.
• Guide and counsel parents regarding therapy progress and home activities.
• Maintain accurate progress records and reports for each child.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT).
• Experience in pediatric therapy (especially with special needs children) preferred.
• Strong communication, patience, and empathy.
• Ability to engage children through structured, play-based, and sensory activities.
