Our programs are based on years of direct experience and the latest research in effective autism treatment. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Behavior Therapist. The Behavior Therapist will be responsible for implementing individualized ABA therapy programs for children with autism. This includes conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, implementing interventions, collecting data, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. The Behavior Therapist will also provide support and training to families. Shadow Therapists with EAV advance their communication, professional, and therapeutic skills while working both individually as well as alongside a team of therapists. Strong candidates will be able to display a commitment to helping children advance through life by helping them develop to their highest potential. A shadow therapist does not instruct like a lead teacher does in the classroom, but they provide valuable support to students with different needs. They are expected to be familiar with the students classroom, coursework etc. A shadow therapist acts as a 1:1 teaching aide. Duties/Responsibilities: Following the students Individualized Education Plan and school curriculum Helping and preparing students understand tests, school projects, assignments Assist in designing and implementing a Behavior Intervention Plan at school and Center Practicing Naturalistic Environment Teaching (NET) in different contexts and locations Collecting data, graphing and assimilating all student related data on the drive Being proactive and pinpointing the student’s needs and supervisors of the same. Monitoring student interactions and using it as a guide to come up with communication/social/group skills targets Integrating the child into social activities with peers and out in the community Data collection and making analytical decisions. We are looking for a Sales and Outreach Specialist to help us expand our reach, build relationships with key stakeholders, and drive the adoption of our ABA and other therapy services. Job Overview The Sales and Outreach Specialist will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, raising awareness about ABA and other therapies, and building strong relationships with families, healthcare providers, schools, and other organizations in need of the services offered by the company. This role requires an individual who is passionate about behavioral health, highly motivated, and skilled in outreach and sales within the healthcare or educational sector. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients, including families, schools, pediatricians, healthcare providers, and community organizations that could benefit from ABA and other therapy services. Conduct outreach efforts through cold calling, emails, networking, and attending relevant conferences and events to generate leads and expand the client base. Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Special Education). Skills Experience in sales, business development, or outreach , particularly in the healthcare, education, or therapy services sectors (e.g., ABA, mental health, special education). Strong understanding of ABA therapy principles, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and the benefits of early intervention for individuals with behavioral challenges is preferred.
