As the Chief Clinical Director at Early Autism Ventures in Bengaluru, your role will involve overseeing clinical programs, providing clinical supervision, conducting behavioral health assessments, and implementing applied behavioral analysis techniques and strategies to support individuals with autism. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee clinical programs - Provide clinical supervision - Conduct behavioral health assessments - Implement applied behavioral analysis techniques and strategies Qualifications: - Certified Behavior Analyst from a reputable board (BACB, QABA, IBAO) - Experience in clinical supervision - Strong leadership and management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder - Master's or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field At Early Autism Ventures, you will be part of a purpose-driven organization dedicated to providing quality therapy accessible to all individuals with autism.
