Job Description

Role Overview: As an Occupancy Planner at Cushman & Wakefield, you will oversee and provide tactical occupancy planning expertise in supply, capacity, and demand for the client's portfolio of space in a specific geographic region. Key Responsibilities: - Handle day-to-day change requests, project space planning, and solution development - Maintain and analyze BU demand/supply information - Work with clients on utilization data and sizing model information - Incorporate workplace strategy in long-term plans - Identify and implement tactical projects - Develop current and forecasted Stack Plans and space plans - Monitor unplanned activity and develop relationships with key client/site stakeholders - Implement strategies to improve Employee Experience for planning - Coordinate with project manager to ensure timely delivery within scope - Support change management related to workspace and work style changes - Possess strong analytical skills for developing conclusions and recommendations Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related discipline or field of study - Minimum of five years of experience in a corporate real estate environment - Proficiency in CAFM software, space management systems, and relational database functionality - Knowledge of architectural and engineering drawings, concepts & design - Experience in managing projects of varied scope and complexity - Proficiency in MS Office Suite software applications - Excellent customer service, interpersonal relationship, oral, written, and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and quality with the ability to handle concurrent projects with minimal supervision Additional Details about Cushman & Wakefield: Cushman & Wakefield is a leading global real estate services firm dedicated to transforming the way people work, shop, and live.
