To oversee and provide tactical occupancy planning expertise in the supply, capacity, and demand of Bansal Roofing Products portfolio of space. This role ensures optimal utilization of the company's various facilities (office, manufacturing, logistics) through strategic space management and planning. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and provide tactical occupancy planning expertise in supply, capacity, and demand of the company's portfolio of space. Manage day-to-day change requests related to space. Develop project space planning and solutions. Provide project support, including client relationship management and project coordination for internal stakeholders. Support site strategy related to space and occupancy analysis, solution outcomes, and utilization metrics. Maintain and analyze Business Unit (BU) demand/supply information for space. Monitor BU demand and supply against the approved space plan. Work with internal departments on utilization data and sizing model information. Understand and incorporate workplace strategy in long-term occupancy plans. Identify tactical projects for implementation related to space optimization. Create current and forecasted Stack Plans for various facilities. Develop detailed space plans. Monitor unplanned activity impacting space utilization. Develop and expand relationships with key internal client/site stakeholders. Develop and implement strategies to improve Employee Experience for planning. Coordinate with project managers to ensure work is delivered within timeframe and agreed-upon scope. Support change management as it pertains to changing workspace and work style within the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related discipline or field of study (i.e., Architecture, Interior Design, Corporate Real Estate & Facilities Management Planning/Coordination, Facilities, Project or Construction Management, etc.). Possesses strong analytical skills and the ability to develop conclusions and recommendations. Maintains a working knowledge of CAFM software, space management systems, and relational database functionality. Demonstrates proficiency in architectural and engineering drawings, concepts & design. Experienced in managing projects of varied scope and complexity. Proficient in MS Office Suite software applications. Excellent customer service and interpersonal relationship skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Able to build strong relationships with internal and external partners to deliver effective services. Strong oral, written, and presentation skills. Assumes ownership of requests in order to ensure successful completion. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to handle concurrent projects with minimal supervision and direction.

Key Responsibilities Support planning, management, and workplace analysis across various strategic initiatives for a specific JLL client, in support of the Portfolio & Strategic planning team Provide trend, business insights, opportunities, and recommendations based on advanced data analysis as it pertains to the holistic portfolio ecosystem Effectively transform and communicate various streams of workplace data into insightful, understandable recommendations Use available data resources to compile reports, request, and QA dashboards/databases Collect and summarize data and understand what datasets are needed to help build and inform decisions Deep understanding of the workplace needs of employees and various business groups Work with cross-functional teams to collect and organize data with the ability to report findings clearly Identify critical data sources and gather relevant information Present to various stakeholders at different levels within the organization Review and ensure that all analyses delivered are accurate and meet deadlines Contribute new ideas and assist senior team members in the research and development of new data sets and dashboards Build and maintain continuous reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement Build trusted relationships across all business lines and act as liaison Perform ad-hoc projects, analytics and provide recommendations Act as an aggregator for workplace planning activities, business insights, and portfolio data. Knowledge where employee experience and workplace (space/place) come together Build and present data that is tailored to specific audiences Experience and Qualifications Experience working with IWMS/CAFM software applications (Archibus, Serraview, Tririga, etc.) Experience with Data Management, specifically working with HR/organizational data and Real Estate space related data preferred Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Visier, etc) Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables Outstanding computer orientation and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word software is required Self-motivating individual who is detail-oriented, has strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team under deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills
