Job Description

Position: O365 Expert

Working Hours: 24x7 Rotational (WFO)

Work Location: NSEZ Phase 2, Noida

Experience: 10+yrs

Notice Period: 0-15days


Note: Must have excellent communication skills.


This role requires a deep understanding of various O365 services, security best practices, and migration procedures. The resource should demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:


O365 Administration:

Comprehensive understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and other related services.

Hands-on experience in managing and administering O365 tenants, including user management, licensing, and security configurations.

Proficiency in PowerShell for automating O365 tasks and managing users and services.

Knowledge of O365 administration portals and tools.


O365 Security:

Strong understanding of O365 security features and best practices, including identity and access management (IAM), data loss prevention (DLP), and threat protection.

Experience in configuring and managing O365 security policies, such as multi-factor authentication (MFA), conditional access, and data encryption.

Familiarity with O365 security compliance standards and regulations.


O365 Migrations:

Proven experience in migrating data and users to O365 from on-premises Exchange environments or other cloud platforms.

Knowledge of different migration methods and tools, including staged migrations, cutover migrations, and hybrid configurations.

Ability to plan and execute O365 migrations efficiently, minimizing downtime and data loss.


O365 Collaboration and Communication:

Expertise in managing and configuring Microsoft Teams for collaboration, communication, and online meetings.

Experience in setting up Teams channels, managing permissions, and integrating with other O365 services.

Knowledge of Teams phone system and calling features.


Other Essential Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot O365 issues and resolve user requests.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide technical support and training to users.

Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest O365 features, updates, and best practices.

Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert).
