Prepare business requirements for automation tools & Teamcenter enhancements. Conduct CAD training sessions & manage training materials. Collaborate with Automation, Teamcenter, Supply Chain, and System Ops for MBD capabilities. Handle incident tickets with CAD vendors & resolve production issues. Work on CAD RITS projects, material/thread additions, and RCA for production issues. Act as POC for new NX versions & manage release activities (Bitbucket/ALM).
