Key Responsibilities: Perform structural analysis using Road Load Data with any CAE tools (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus, HyperMesh, LS-DYNA, etc.). Basic CFD and Multi Body Dynamics. Analyze and interpret simulation results to provide design recommendations. Work with design Engineers to develop and refine CAD models based on simulation feedback. Validate simulation results with physical testing and correlate results where necessary. Support product development phases from concept to production with CAE insights. Optimize designs for performance, cost, weight, and manufacturability. Prepare technical reports and present findings to internal stakeholders. Maintain CAE databases and documentation for traceability and knowledge sharing. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field. Proficiency in CAE tools such as ANSYS, Abaqus, NASTRAN, HyperMesh, OptiStruct, or equivalent. Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks, NX). Knowledge of materials science, mechanics of materials, and FEA theory. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with scripting or automation (e.g., Python, MATLAB). Experience in optimization techniques and DOE (Design of Experiments). Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, ASME). Exposure to CFD tools (e.g., Fluent, STAR-CCM+) is a plus
