Job Description

Position: CAE Engineer

CAE Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Perform
pre-processing and meshing
using
ANSA
, including geometry clean-up and model preparation.
Create
Hexa and Tetra meshes
as per solver and project requirements.
Define and manage
connections, contacts, and boundary conditions
.
Support
crash and durability simulations
using
LS-DYNA
.
Work with
NASTRAN
for structural analysis where applicable.
Prepare CAE models for
sheet metal and plastic components
.
Perform
model finalisation and quality checks
as per CAE standards.
Collaborate with design and analysis teams to resolve model issues and ensure simulation readiness.
Maintain documentation and adhere to project timelines and quality norms.
