Process Improvement Identify and suggest improvements in data management processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Engage in HR system improvement projects or data migration activities. Query Management Respond to data-related queries from employees and management in a timely and professional manner. Provide support and guidance on data management best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any field from a recognized university or relevant professional qualifications. 1-2 years of experience in HR data management or a related role, preferably in a shared services environment. Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Good knowledge of HR Systems such as Success Factor, ServiceNow, and HRIS is an added advantage. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
