Wellversed is hiring junior to mid-level Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Specialists to work full-time out of our office premises in Gurgaon. We require the TAR professional to understand the recruitment functions. Ultra-high proficiency in verbal communication, written communication, and operating Google Sheets and Google Forms is mandatory. Responsibilities: Manage th e non-te ch recruitment and selection process. Develop and implement recruitment strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Take initial HR screening and Culture Fit interview rounds. Formulate hiring plans, coordinate with the leadership team and department heads, and provide talent recruitment solutions with zero friction. Ensure continuous pipeline creation for various open positions, identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels/sources and assess candidates to ensure role match, cultural fitment, etc. Develop and manage metrics to measure the growth and performance of the teams. Utilize multiple strategies to break hold-ups in recruitment using headhunting skills. Take employer branding initiatives and expand the company’s social media outreach to attract diverse talent and increase interviews to joining ratios. Requirements: Relevant experience with solid understanding of sourcing techniques, usage of job boards and tools. Excellent Verbal and written communication skills. Ability to gauge Behavioural Aspects/Cultural Fitment of candidates. Proficiency in using Google Sheets/Excel. Highly organized in work planning and team communication. People-oriented and results-driven. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. Loves taking ownership and achieving targets. Responsibilities Responsible for the creation of all offline & online visual design, visual concept and video editing for the Internet and design collaterals. Understanding digital video landscape, especially YouTube videos, YouTube algorithm, the Importance of Thumbnails, etc. Short-form videos with the addition of graphics, gifs, and clips adding special effects. Should have expertise involving different life cycles of video production including brainstorming, storyboarding, editing, and reusing videos. Well-versed in creating different types of videos including product walk-through videos, user-assist videos & marketing videos. Filming raw footage on live locations as well as covering shoots on sets. Setting up cameras, lighting, backdrops, and any other props required for a shoot. Manage end-to-end video production for Faceless as well as videos shot with an anchor. Re-hashing videos into multiple formats. Proofing scripts and ensuring they are as per video requirements. Skills Required 2+ years of video editing experience Professional with Adobe Creative Cloud - After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc. Experience with Illustrator, Photoshop and 3D Animation is an advantage.
