NUSYN - L1 Technical Support Engineer - Troubleshooting

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to site engineers for software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting across multiple client locations in India.
• Coordinate with clients and internal technical teams to ensure seamless deployment and quick issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
• Communicate effectively in Hindi and English; proficiency in Tamil or Bengali will be an added advantage.
• Collaborate with the development team to report software bugs and follow up on fixes or updates.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining network configurations, including IP setup, firewall adjustments, and connectivity troubleshooting.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2- 3 years of experience in technical support or software implementation.
• Fundamental knowledge of software testing principles and practices.
• Basic understanding of Java, XML, and JSON.
• Familiarity with networking concepts (IP configuration, firewall, LAN/WAN).
• Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Tamil and Bengali is highly preferred.
