Description Job role : Technical Support Engineer L1 Exp : 2-3 years Location : Bangalore About The Role We are seeking a proactive and technically sound Technical Support Engineer (L1) to provide remote assistance for software installation, troubleshooting, and client coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English and Hindi, with additional proficiency in Tamil or Bengali being a major advantage. Key Responsibilities Provide remote technical support to site engineers for software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting across multiple client locations in India. Coordinate with clients and internal technical teams to ensure seamless deployment and quick issue resolution. Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions. Communicate effectively in Hindi and English; proficiency in Tamil or Bengali will be an added advantage. Collaborate with the development team to report software bugs and follow up on fixes or updates. Assist in setting up and maintaining network configurations, including IP setup, firewall adjustments, and connectivity troubleshooting. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2- 3 years of experience in technical support or software implementation. Fundamental knowledge of software testing principles and practices. Basic understanding of Java, XML, and JSON. Familiarity with networking concepts (IP configuration, firewall, LAN/WAN). Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills. Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Tamil and Bengali is highly preferred.
