Nursing Team Lead

Position Title: Nursing Team Lead – Care at Home Location: Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore Department: Nursing / Home Care Services Reports To: Regional Nursing Head / Clinical Lead Role Overview The Nursing Team Lead – Care at Home will be responsible for supervising and supporting the nursing team delivering in-home patient care services. The role involves conducting daily audits and assessments to ensure clinical excellence, safety, and service quality, while leading and mentoring nursing professionals across assigned home care cases. Key Responsibilities Conduct 3–4 home care assessments or audits daily to ensure adherence to clinical and operational standards. Supervise and guide nurses and caregivers delivering patient care at home. Evaluate care quality, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with Antara’s care protocols, documentation, and infection control guidelines. Liaise with patients, families, and the internal team to address service quality and satisfaction. Maintain detailed audit reports and share regular updates with the Nursing and Operations leadership. Support in training, mentoring, and performance monitoring of the nursing staff. Ensure timely escalation of any clinical or operational issues. Qualifications & Experience Education: GNM or B.Sc. Nursing (Mandatory) Registration: Valid State Nursing Council / Indian Nursing Council Registration (Mandatory) Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of nursing experience, preferably in home care, hospital, or quality/audit roles. Other Requirements: Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license for daily travel to patient homes. Skills & Competencies Strong clinical knowledge and observational skills.
