About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursing Superintendent to lead and manage the nursing department at our NABH-accredited hospital. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, in-depth clinical knowledge, and the ability to ensure the highest standards of patient care, nursing discipline, and hospital protocol compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee and supervise the daily activities of all nursing staff across departments.
· Ensure quality nursing care, patient safety, and strict adherence to hospital and NABH standards.· Plan duty rosters, manpower allocation, and leave schedules for nursing teams.· Conduct regular training, performance appraisals, and skill enhancement programs.· Monitor infection control practices and ensure compliance with healthcare protocols.· Coordinate effectively with medical, paramedical, and administrative teams.· Handle audits, nursing documentation, and maintenance of clinical records.· Manage recruitment, induction, and evaluation of nursing personnel.· Address patient and staff grievances promptly and professionally.

Qualifications & Experience:

· B.Sc. / M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
· Valid Nursing Council Registration (Tamil Nadu preferred).· Minimum 8–12 years of nursing experience, including 3–5 years in a supervisory or administrative role (preferably in an NABH-accredited hospital).
· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Salary: Commensurate with experience and industry standards.
