Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Guwahati for a Nursing Superintendent. The Nursing Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, and managing the daily operations of the nursing department. The role involves creating and implementing nursing protocols, coordinating with other healthcare professionals, conducting training programs, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. Additionally, the Nursing Superintendent will be involved in performance evaluations, staff scheduling, and addressing any issues related to patient satisfaction and staff performance.

Qualifications :

• Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution

Proven

• experience in nursing management and leadership roles
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to develop and implement nursing protocols and procedures
• Experience in conducting training programs and performance evaluations
• Thorough knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
• Knowledge of clinical trials and medical research is a plus
