• Administration:

  Manages budgets, resources, and departmental operations, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulations.

• Leadership:

  Provides guidance, maintains discipline, handles complaints, and promotes a positive work environment.

• Coordination:

  Works closely with doctors, the Chief Nursing Officer, Medical Superintendent, and other departments.
